Hello Friends,
It is such a pleasure to have you visit our online specialty shop. We are always so glad to see you when you drop in to shop.
There are a few things we think it is important for you to know about us so you have an idea of who you are shopping with online.
My husband and I retired in 1996 from our retail wine business.
We have enjoyed traveling around the country side visiting vineyards and buying up antiques and collectibles along the way for all of our 39 years together.
Our family has collected or crafted most of their lives and "vintage" is a passion of ours. Our sisters and brothers are artists, decorators, or craft by hand beautiful wood and textile items. So our visits to family are heart warming and always interesting for us.
We have five adult children and eight grandchildren to enjoy and visit across the country in our spare time.
We live in a small town in Northeast Ohio and support the Ohio State Buckeyes. In addition to online selling we conduct estate and garage sales for our elderly family members in order to help them liquidate their lifetime possessions.
In our history we have been flea market and craft show vendors, fondly remembering how the children spent all the profits from our table visiting the other vendors buying hand made doll clothing, wood trains and cars.
We have participated in many community charitable and political fund raising activities as well and love everything about collecting. ( except for the dusting) We have learned from handling wine bottles to wear white cotton gloves always when handling glass to keep everything tidy & dust free.
